    3. Administrative Fees

      • For any refund, amendment, or transfer of ownership, the Organisers may charge an administrative fee of up to 20% of the ticket’s value.

Please refer to the Ticketing Terms and Conditions for the full policy.

  • The tickets includes complimentary food, drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic), and a variety of musical and non-musical entertainment.

  • The Ball is a black tie event. A reasonable interpretation at black tie – to constitute a Ticket Holder or Guest’s own smartest clothing – as judged reasonable by the Organisers shall be the only acceptable attire. This includes white tie, military dress, and national dress. Sports blazers, however, are not permitted. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the Ball, any Ticket Holder(s) or Guest(s) who fail to adhere to this dress code.

    • Valid photographic identification (e.g. University Card, passport, driving licence). The name on your id must match the name given at the time of purchase.
